Items purchased between Sunday-Friday will be posted within one day of purchase. Items purchased on Saturday will be posted within 2 days of purchase.

Postage includes carriage and cost of packaging.

To keep postal costs to a minimum for you, postage is with Royal Mail.

One book can be posted as a large letter at a cost of £1.75.

If more than one book is purchase, your parcel will be posted as a small parcel at a cost of £3.50.

Any excess postage paid will be refunded to you.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me so that I can do my best to rectify the situation for you.

Items can be returned for a full refund if the are unused (refund amount excludes postage). 

Return postage is at the buyers expense.

Your book will be wrapped in brown tissue paper, made from 100% recycled products and will be posted in an A4 hard-backed envelope. If you buy more than one item, postage will be in a larger, padded envelope.
